As these were used on Multiple cars and very common from the early 1950s onward, this light design is easily identified by the following traits: 

• Designed Specifically for Glass Lens approximately 2" round known as the Beehive and Flat lenses,
• held in place with a chrome plating ring and rubber seal, 
• and finally either flat or beehive type lens that is red-amber-or clear lens. 
• There are no screws that pass through this glass lens. 
• An original, or a decent replacement lens will have LUCAS L488 (the flat lens) or L594 (the beehive designed lens) cast into the front of the glass. The lower priced glass replacements will not have this always cast into it.
• Alternatively, this will fit some larger lenses such as the MGA 1500 front parking lamps.

Using boards gives us three advantages: the light direction all faces rearward, the count of the bulbs (with intensity), and the total volume of taillight filled to create a Scale Effect. For those who ask for reduced cost, we could always face less bulbs per board, remove voltage stabilizing elements, or reduce to a one size fits-all, but that messes with the whole point- Bright and Large Spread Out Lighting IS SAFETY!  Would you ask for seatbelts that cost half as much if it "only" cut the effectiveness by 25% ?  Our goal is to be Seen, and make our Classics as Safe as we can offer.

This Complete set includes an LED Bulb Count 96 LEDs in Complete sets of Two tail lamp boards. This product includes Lighting boards and hardware to install. Does not include lenses and original or replacement components for the vehicle. Lenses shown for identification purposes only.
